A deep shadow has covered the land, casting all into darkness.. The source is found atop the ever looming Tower of Shadows. Many have tried ascending the spire in hopes of ending the curse, but none who have gone on the journey have succeeded... Will you be different?

A tiny roguelike made for 7DRL 2025 in TIC-80! Made with the goal of learning a new engine/software. Not overly complex or feature-rich, but complete enough for me to be happy submitting it :)

Attractive and clear. Loved the presentation.

The ABXY keys being mapped to ZXAS was confusing – why not just call the ZXAS keys?

I did go back and forth on the way the keys were listed while developing, mostly because there’s gamepad support - but I agree, I think it would have been clearer to just list them with the appropriate keyboard key. Will probably fix it if I end up doing a post-jam update!
